Cast Iron Baking

I am 27 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if the baking of bread on a flat iron could make me take in too much iron? You do not want to overdose of iron as I have already taken in pill form.

I have three children ages 10, 7 and 20 weeks. I always used cast iron for cooking. I cook with my big pot almost every night for dinner. You will be well, you never have enough melting to harm the child or you.
