Profit for the release of Chinese fast food in a central Delhi? Hello
Can someone give me a rough idea of how much money you can expect as a benefit of a fast food Chinese in central Delhi?

This is very vague.
It depends on many factors:
1. how many seats are there (number of customers who can not be handled at a time)
2. What is the cost per item
3. how far is it managed? (With poor management, it is not possible to obtain a benefit, even if everything else is ok)
Chinese food is not cheap. So I assume seating is available at these outlets. which increases the rent and maintenance costs.
if the food is good, prices are right and the advertising and management is good, you can expect around 3-10 lakh profit per month.
