Moist chocolate cookies
Ingredients
A dark chocolate box cake mix milk chocolate (preferably use one of the marks with the one cup of pudding mix already added to the mixture. Use Pillsbury or Betty Crocker.)
1 cup chocolate chips Cooking
Halfway between the two 1 / 3 and 1 / 2 cup oil
2 eggs
Instructions:
Mix in a large bowl of cake mix, eggs and oil, using large mixing spoon. Oil should be halfway between 1 / 3 and 1 / 2 point. I found that more is too fat and not least because cookies dry. After finish mixing the ingredients, pour 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix again. Put an inch balls on a cookie sheet.
Try to smooth the balls by rolling between the palms of your hands before plopping down for a round biscuit, more evenly cooked. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Cookies will first release a little puffy, but will sink down once cooled for a few minutes.
