Cake Like Brownies

It is almost my 13th birthday, I want a brownie cake with chocolate frosting and I want peanut butter cups in them. I know that you can be flat, but there is a way to make a cake that looks like a normal cake normal?

Just cook two layers and combining them with icing in the middle (and of course, the top also).

often on the boxes of brownie there is an option to make like chocolate cake. it might work, add peanut butter cups before cooking and after it cools frost!
