Cocoa: the chocolate raw experience of origin When you think of the most consumed foods in the world you've ever considered chocolate to be on this list? It is actually in the top 15 most consumed food on the planet.
At one point on the planet Earth, one in 10 people are eating chocolate.
However, they do not eat real chocolate. They eat the byproduct of the massive industry that includes mega-firms, board meetings, legislation, and many questionable business practices, contamination by heavy metals (like lead and cadmium) and often including forced labor in the chocolate mass slave plantations in Africa and South America.
In the last few years, thanks to the enormous power of connecting the world of the Internet gives us, we now have access to raw cocoa beans and raw cocoa, the original unprocessed untampered-chocolate that comes directly Earth.
Chocolate comes from a nut is often called "cocoa beans" (or sometimes called the cocoa bean). This is the nut of a fruit that grows on a tree - the tree of chocolate - to origin of the Amazon jungle.
This raw chocolate nut is one of the highest in vitamin C containing foods in the world. All processed chocolate contains virtually no vitamin C (as it is very sensitive to heat).
raw cocoa, beans eaten as a whole with its skin-like wrapper still intact, is one of the largest vegetarian sources of iron in the world.
And my favorite, the raw cocoa is considered by some as Prozac kind (although I'm obviously make no medical claims here), as it is done in the improvement and elevation of mood, in my experience.
Cocoa beans are one of the first true super-nature and can be consumed daily bag or blended smoothie, moles, desserts, raw peppers, puddings, etc. raw chocolate really is one of the major means eating your way through the healing!
