Bruce Sweet

I have 3 large cans of sweet potatoes Bruce. I also have a bag of miniature marshmallows. I have a pantry full of spices, syrup, etc., but I do not have pecans. What can I do with these elements to make a good side and easy for Thanksgiving?

I want to make sweet potatoes in a baking oven pan, then pour the brown sugar on them (to taste, about 1 cup) and cover with marshmallows and pour a cup of pecans over the marshmallow and bake for about 20 minutes until all the marshmallows melt, mmmmmmmm.

If you have real butter ... candied yams are wonderful!

Ignore the marshmallows. Place sweet potatoes in a saucepan with a little very little butter and a small amount of cinnamon and brown sugar.
