Best Belgium Chocolate

I'm going to Belgium ... in about 2-3 hours and I need to know what is the best chocolate in Belgium to buy can be bought in Brussels. Not looking to buy Godiva or Leonidas. Hopefully, something not too expensive, but would not mind splurging here and there.
