Is regular coconut oil not as good as oil extra virgin coconut When I search for news and articles about the health benefits read everything from coconut oil, I mention the extra virgin coconut and I like what I read, but I have already bought a regular natural non-hydrogenated oil, coconut and I do not know if this will be the same benefits as the coconut oil extra virgin recommended. What do you know. No opinins please just answer my question. Theres a chat room for this. Thank you very much lol.
You basically four types of coconut oil.
1. Cold pressed extra virgin oil, coconut or virgin. This oil has preferred to eat You can use it for cooking. It also has Omega 3.
2. refined oil of this oil is produced by heating for maximum extraction. You call it a natural oil in your query. Nutrition wise, it is identical to virgin oil. However, virgin olive oil tastes better than the refined oil.
3. Hydrogenated coconut oil. It is transfat and should be avoided
4. Oil Cocunut split .. This is especially saturated fat. It is used for massage in India.
Its better than tranfat, again, we must avoid eating like this is pure saturated fat.
The only answer I have to watch the food is coconut oil is bad for you is like three times worse than the vegetable oil. They use coconut oil for popcorn in movie theater and they also use for the artificial butter.
EV is not processed .. then more nutrients it contains yet.
RAW I buy extra virgin coconut oil (butter) and the same in my olive oil.
