I am bold with high blood pressure and trying to reduce fat from my diet and lose weight. What is the best salad dressing for me? I have to use some sort. I literally mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar at home, but worry about the high fat content. I also worry about the sugar high in fat free ranch. What is the best?

Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Try this trick. Instead of pouring it on your salad, dip your fork into the dressing, then into your salad. Saves a lot of calories and fat and you still get some in every bite. This fat vinaigrette is full of bad things, like corn syrup and additives. Stick with olive oil .... also try different vinegars for variety.

Olive oil is good for you (in moderation). It can help reduce cholesterol I also heard it's good for your heart.

Certainly the olive oil and vinegar, olive oil reduces blood pressure of its oil heart health. The other is that the chemicals bad for you.

Another alternative would be to use lemon juice alone ....

olive oil, because it is a natural food and real. "Fat" is not natural or real, it is chemicals. "Fat Free" upset stomachs of some people. It is preferable to use some real food instead of food chemical false. So after a bit of fat in your meals is important to the overall diet because fat is filled, then you'll feel fuller and less likely to get a snack.

I suggest a dressing made of olive oil and / or balsamic vinegar.

Certainly the mix of olive oil, the ranch is full of chemicals that your body does not want or need and must fight to get rid of. But if you really want to lose weight, use lemon / lime juice on your salads.

I would say that olive oil although there is some sugar in the oil, but is not basalmic oilive hydrogniated if it is not bad for you
lots of fat free dressings have a lot of chemicals and sugars in their way is best to avoid
