Baking With Kids

Every weekend my nieces spend the night and play with my children. I usually cook something or do things like children. I made a whole cake and cupcake thing .. Even apple turnovers. But I'm looking for something new. Any ideas .. Especially during the holidays. Help please. Thank you:)
