Is it difficult to expand into the bakery? Then a degree from a good school (Le Cordon Bleu as) experiment pls place?
I heard it is much easier to enter the culinary industry, rather than the baking industry. Is this true?
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu can take you anywhere you want to go in the world .. literary !!!!. You can write your own ticket after that .. and after some years of experience .. Before you go to the pros, learn the basics of knife handling and food preparation in a local community college before going to AML ..... Yes school is expensive, but it is extremely worth while, if you want to go .... MAJOR LEAGUE Gastronomy and cooking areas run together .. you should learn to do both because you will be able to do more jobs rather than cooking .. Not all the hotels and restaurants just need a baker ... I hope this answers your question .... Good cooking and baking.
it depends on your interest, specialty, and the most important thing is the market demand. i saw people selling things too expensive because of the strong market demand.
Here where I live, it is important that you are ready to begin your shift at 4:00 that any formal education you may have.
hmmm, just open a store Bakin '
