Alice In Wonderland Birthday Cake

I am my mothers friends, who I am famous, birthday cake. Rhiannon, my friend asked if she could be Alice in Wonderland, I said absolutely. I want the little people, like how could I do when decorating the cake, because I want to arrange the pieces of character on the cake, the same way it is in the cartoon version and trees and roses to speak, I also want a link if you can get some parts for cakes. I would be grateful.

this skill level you are at least for this cake? Is it multiple layers, character based and structural considerations, or simply what you can do with a box of cake mix and frosting?
